TERMS OF SALE
All equipment is sold “as is, where is” unless otherwise specified.
No warranty is offered either expressed or implied on equipment sold “as is”. This price list excludes de-installation, packing, freight, and re-installation.

EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY
All equipment is subject to prior sale unless a deposit is received to hold the unit until buyer transfers balance or opens letter of credit. If the unit you selected gets sold before you are ready to buy, we can usually offer another system but it may not be the exact same age and configuration which could affect the price.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment in full must be effected prior to removal of equipment by bank transfer or L/C with following conditions:
A. Irrevocable
B. Confirmed by any US bank or foreign bank's US branch
C. Payable at sight
D. All bank fees paid by buyer

INSPECTION
The buyer may pay a refundable deposit to hold a unit while the buyer arranges to inspect it. The balance is paid only if the buyer accepts the unit. If the unit is rejected, the deposit is refunded. If the buyer cannot inspect it, we can arrange inspection by an OEM or independent engineer at the buyer’s expense.

SHIPPING
We offer professional crating and freight services. We will be happy to quote packing, freight, and insurance to any port/airport worldwide by sea or air.

WARRANTY
Warranties on refurbished equipment are available on selected products. Contact us for detailed information.
Warranties are not available on equipment sold “as is” or reconditioned.
The responsibility of inspection is on the buyer.
We offer ongoing parts and technical support on all equipment sold.
